The PRIME's progressive suspension provides a responsive and predictable ride on pavement, while also being plush and forgiving off-road. With 215mm travel in the rear and 224mm of travel up front, the TERRA tackles all terrains with ease.

Sporting a solid chromoly steel frame and stout aluminum battery housing, this e-scrambler can take a hit and keep going while protecting electrical components from dust and water (IP65 rating).

MULTIPLE RIDING MODES
Multiple ride modes allows you, the rider, ultimate control and safety. Switch it to mode 1 for safe neighborhood riding, 2 for city commuting or 3 for unleashed power. Optional off-road specific ride modes are also available.

Yes, Terra Prime comes VIN assigned and is equipped with DOT/SAE compliant components, including tires/wheels, lights, horn, etc. The TERRRA Prime is delivered with an MCO and other applicable paperwork to get them plated. If buying from your local dealership, they will provide your local state's required papework.
Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations herein, TERRA PRIME warrants to the original retail purchaser of the bike that the frame, fork, electronics and battery of the bike will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year from the date of delivery (the “Limited Warranty”). The Limited Warranty exists for above mentioned defects that were already present at the time of delivery of the bike and covers the battery, motor, controller, display and sensors. Like any rechargeable battery, your TERRA PRIME rechargeable battery pack will experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is subjected to charge and discharge cycles. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, water damage, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear. This warranty is only valid for the first buyer. Any other remedy, such as compensation for damages of any kind or loss of use, is excluded. The warranty period cannot be extended by granting an additional warranty.

Electric motors do not need servicing. Brakes will need servicing and you can have that done at any motorcycle shop. If you ride off-road, cleaning and lubricating the chain will ensure a long life span. You will also need to keep the chain at the right tension to ensure a long life span for the entire drivetrain/motor bearings. We have a full Youtube playlist dedicated to this.
Terra comes with a 15A- 120V charger, which means this can be plugged into a typical wall outlet. This is a high-speed charger that maximizes the output of standard home 15amp circuits.
